When using this website, shopping our sales, or dealing directly with our staff or owner, always conduct yourself appropriately and with the utmost decency and respect. Our team will always strive to approach all members of our community, including our customers and clients, with fairness, professionalism, and careful consideration. With regards to our clients specifically, this will extend to the items in their homes, and to their properties as well. We expect the same out of every one of our clients and customers in kind. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, who  is behaving in an unreasonable or disrespectful manner. Behaving in such a manner is considered to be grounds for refusal of services, and may result in immediate removal from the premises. Either action will be at the discretion of our staff and owner. 

As related to our clients, any behavior determined by our staff/owner to be disrespectful or unreasonable will be considered in breach of our contract, and will result in immediate termination, as well as removal of all staff and materials from the premises.
